POLISH HORSESHOES
The action – Polish horseshoes is an outdoor game played between two teams of two people utilizing a Frisbee, two bottles, along with a set of polish horseshoe poles. The overall game is played with the players taking turns throwing a Frisbee in a bottle which rests in addition to a polish horseshoe pole. Both the poles are placed between 20 and 40 feet apart.
PLAYING -
• Pick which team throws first (coin toss, rock-scissors-paper, or any other fair decider)
• The starting team tosses the Frisbee for the bottle that was placed on the pole opposite them.
• After scoring (and drinking) are complete, another team throws the Frisbee on the first teams bottle, looking to score points.
• The throws alternate between the teams and involving the players of every team. Failure to alternate is “shooting beyond turn.”
• Play continues until one team has reached a combined total of the set level of points (typically 21)
• To win a team must beat the opponent by no less than 2 points.
SCORING- All players Have to have a glass or two of their hands all the time. The object of polish horseshoes is to knock the bottle over pole by showing up in the bottle directly or by striking the pole. There is certainly possible ways to score three points on every throw. The bottle will probably be worth some part if hit directly. The bottle may be worth another point if it falls down. The Frisbee may be worth one point when it hits the bottom.
• If the bottle is hit directly the throwing team gains some point automatically. Another point is gained if your Frisbee hits the bottle hits the soil.
• When the Frisbee hits the post and the bottle is knocked off, the throwing team gains some time if the bottle falls to the floor. (The defensive team can prevent the point from being scored by catching the bottle before it hits the soil)
• The Frisbee Have to be caught from the defensive team after every throw. Failure to trap the Frisbee results in a place for your throwing team. In the event the disc is deemed uncatchable then no points will likely be awarded to the uncaught Frisbee. When the disc is thrown within the low line marker, the throw will probably be ruled uncatchable. (The Frisbee could be ruled uncatchable if your throw is two high, way off target, or some other reason. It’s great practice to set up some guidelines before action.)
• If a player shoots beyond turn then a throwing team forfeits that throw. No points might be scored with a player shooting from turn.
SCORING EXAMPLES -
• If the thrower hits the bottle and both the bottle along with the Frisbee hit the soil, the throwing team earns 3 points.
• In the event the thrower hits the pole above the low line and the bottle along with the Frisbee hit the bottom, the throwing team earns 2 points.
• If the thrower hits the pole below period of time line and also the bottle falls to the floor, the throwing team earns 1 point. (the Frisbee is regarded as uncatchable which enable it to will no longer obtain a point or else caught.)
• In the event the thrower misses the pole and bottle but keeps it in a very playable area as well as the Frisbee is not caught from the defense, the throwing team earns 1 point.
DRINKING- Drink and play responsibly.
• You decide on your teammate, now you have to purchase your poor choice. You need to drink together. If someone of you screws up. You both drink.
